Competitive 100% small business set aside acquisition to provide Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) services to include ambulance service (provision of emergency and non-emergency medical care and transport) in response to emergency "911" calls from Fort Monmouth community. In addition, contractor shall provide emergency and non-emergency health care transportation from Patterson Army Health Clinic to local medical facilities and transport of patients to facilities beyond local area. Services shall be provided for Fort Monmouth community to include main post, housing areas, outlying buildings, training areas, and Evans area. Contractor shall furnish all labor, uniforms, materials, training, equipment, and supervision to manage, operate, and maintain an Emergency Medical Service. Immediately upon contract award, contractor will be on call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, commencing O/A 1 Oct 97 thru 30 Sep 98 to include 2 one year options. Award will be made on a best value basis.
