PILOT PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPMENTAL ASSISTANCE FOR A WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, New Jersey is establishing a pilot program for developmental assistance for a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) whose is a manufacturer with their primary business location in the state of New Jersey. The primary objective to the program is to identify developmental opportunities for the selected WOSB with assistance in the areas of technical, management, quality or cost whose needs match the available resources of the Center for this program. An application for program participation is required. The pilot program will be established for a period of 2-3 years depending on the needs of the WOSB and the agency. The relationship will be established with NAWCAD Lakehurst as a mentor and the selected WOSB as the protege. Specific achievements will be identified and measured for documentation of program successes and benefits.
