Award of a competitive contract for cellular phone service to include monthly access fee or service charges per phone. Peak/Off-Peak Airtime fee per minute should be included. Roamer charges within and outside of Florida is required. Long distance carrier should be provided by the cellular service company with charges being included in the monthly bill. Variable charges included on a per minute bases with long distance peak and off-peak airtime. Approximately 296 phones to be covered. Retention of all current numbers in use is requested. It is anticipated that the contract shall last one year, 1 Oct 97 -- 30 Sep 98, with 4 one-year options.
