The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision for the reroofing existing building Area-1, including stripping the existing roof and providing a new roofing system including all attendant flashing, insulation, saddles and other accessories. AREA-2 repair existing built-up roof, including stripping existing wet insulation areas, repair blisters, remove some traffic pads, other installation, resealing, reinforcement, painting as necessary, and all miscellaneous and incidental related work to Bldg. 100 roof, Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Green Bay, WI. 2. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. 3. The estimated construction cost range is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. 4. The performance period is 75 calendar days. 5. The SIC is 1761 the size standard is $7.0 million; and the FSC is Z119. An evaluation will be given in accordance with DFARS 252.219-7008, "NOTICE OF EVALUATION PREFERENCE FOR SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERNS-CONSTRUCTION ACQUISITION-TEST PROGRAM" (APR 1996). 7.
