Technical services, on-site maintenance and management support to maintain Information Technology (IT) equipment, audio/visual equipment, and related systems in support of the following: Joint, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Navy Command and Control Systems (NSCC), Joint Maritime Command Information Systems (JMCIS), Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN), and other microcomputer systems (including peripheral components and foreign attachments). The services to be provided included but are not limited to: Maintenance Scheduling, Corrective and Preventative Maintenance, Repair/Refurbishment, Installation/Deinstallation, Configuration Support, Failure Trend Analysis, Maintenance Inventory Control, Maintenance Data Filing, Technical Assistance, Computer Database Support and Program Management Support. The places of performance include -- 1) all NCCS and JMCIS sites located both in CONUS and overseas locations worldwide including resident on-site in the United Kingdom, Spain, Bahrain, Italy, Japan, Alaska and Hawaii; 2) NCCS and JMCIS sites aboard U.S. Naval ships located anywhere in the world; 3) NISE East locations in Norfolk, VA and Charleston, SC area; and 4) Contractor facilities. The contractor will maintain a facility within both the Norfolk, VA and Charleston, SC areas, and must possess a Top Secret facilities clearance for each location. The Government anticipated an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee orders. The period of performance is a base period and four (4) one-year options. The estimated level of effort is 137,296 hours for the base period and each option period for a total of 686,480 hours. This competitive procurement has been set-aside under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7378 and the SBA Requirement No. is 7700-97-704362.
