The Contractor shall provide Emergency Room (ER) Physician to patients at the Tuba City Indian Medical Center, Tuba City, AZ. The ER Physician shall provide emergency clinical services which include medical and surgical care for the entire spectrum of diseases and injuries of all ages within the limit of defined clinical privileges. The ER Physician shall provide direct services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, emergency treatment of serious life threatening conditions. The Contractor shall comply with all requirements, policies, and procedures of the service unit. The response to this request for quotation shall be submitted in two (2) parts; response to technical evaluation criteria and a price quote for the service.
