R -- IQC CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES STATE OF NJ -- VARIOUS COUNTIES SOL 332495-97-RE-012 DUE 071697 POC CO -- Henry Burmeister, POC Frances El-Shahat (201) 714-5469 Indefinite Quantity Contract -- for Professional Real Estate Services includes but it not limited to preparation of real property appraisals, feasibility studies, site planning (evaluation) reports, property inspection reports, disposals of excess property, leasing of alternate quarters, leasing built-to-suit quarters, site acquisition, outleasing and subleasing, fair annual rental appraisals, real property tax reviews and/or appeals and relocation services in the State of New Jersey and the following areas: Counties of Essex, Hudson, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, Bergen, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren. This is an indefinite quantity contract for a term of one year with two one-year renewal options. Work orders will be negotiated and issued as individual projects. The total work ordered under the subsequent contract shall not exceed $200,000 for a twelve-month period nor $50,000 per work order. The total amount for the three year period shall not exceed $500,000. Offerors must have a minimum of 5 years real estate consulting experience in the geographical area specified and a minimum of 1 Principal Full-time, 1 Senior Full-time Consultant, 2 Staff Full-time, 2 Junior Full time personnel. Copies of the complete invitation and contractual documents will be available on or about June 16, 1997 and will be sold at $100.00 per set (non-refundable). Payment for the packages may be in the form of a US Postal Money Order, or check made payable to "Disbursing Officer, US Postal Service" and mailed to the above address. The selected firm must have its home office or field/regional office within the state(s) listed in the Geographic Area of this solicitation. The US Postal Service reserves the right to reject any or all offers. The USPS also reserves the right to make multiple awards.
