The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all materials required by the drawings and specifications and to perform other work items which may be required or associated with this type of work. This project is Subject to the Availability of Funds (SAF). Estimated issue date is 21 JUL 97. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder.
