Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition; interior renovation, including new mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems; site utilities; excavation and paving; and minor landscaping. Time to complete is 170 calendar days after date of Notice to Proceed. Offers are due by 2:00 PM on July 14, 1997.
