This solicitation invites proposals to furnish all labor, management, supervision, materials, tools, equipment and transportation to: remove six (6) underground storage tanks, a fuel island, canopy and associated fuel dispensing equipment; demolish existing fence, concrete curb and concrete pad; install new parking lot, including earthwork, subgrade preparation, asphalt paving, relocation and installation of new area lights, concrete curb, concrete islands, signs, storm sewer, parking and lane markings, fencing and all related appurtenances; installation of a new fuel dispensing system including 6,000 and 10,000 gallon AST, fuel building, water line, canopy, fuel island, leak, spill and overfill protection, concrete pads and all related appurtenances. Work is to be performed at the Chattanooga P&D facility, located at 6050 Shallowford Road, Chattanooga, TN. The estimated base cost of this project is between $300,000 and $425,000 with completion within 270 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
