Description of Project: The work to be performed shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and any and/all incidentals necessary to Repair Streets in Relocatable Housing Area, at Malmstrom AFB Montana as set forth in the Specifications and Drawings. The performance period is 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notie to Proceed with a winter exclusion period of 1 November thru 15 May. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 8 July 1997. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demostration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered.
