This project consists of the repair of the steam and condensate lines in both the shallow trench system and the buried lines presently existing at Hanscom AFB MA. The principal items of work include, but are not limited to, temporary heating lines, excavation and backfill, repair or replacement of concrete trench, removable concrete covers, concrete junction boxes, installation of new valves, pumps, piping, insulation, etc., existing utility relocation, connection to the existing steam and condensate lines, paving, loam and seeding. This is a two year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. It will consist of a basic one year with one option year, against which delivery orders will be issued. The guaranteed contract minimum will be $400,000.00 for the life of the contract. The minimum delivery order will be $10,000.00. The maximum contract value is $1,500,000.00.
