Work includes but is not limited to: excavation, alterations to pavement, backfill, electrical work, concrete work, landscaping, and removal of existing lighting and construction. All work shall be in accordance with project drawings, specifications, national, local and applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. Construction cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. A limited number of bid packages will be available on or about 7/23/97 and will be issued on a first come, first serve basis until supply is exhausted. Mandatory contract completion time is 150 calendar days. BOD is 8/26/97 at 2:30 PM local time.
