Also furnishing and installing of diesel engine generator, auto transfer switch to start engine and connect load. The existing cooling towers fan heaters and pumps will be connected to new stanby power source. This solicitation will be issued unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in DFARS 252.219-7003 entitled "NOTICE Of Evaluation Preference For Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns". Estimated cost range: $100,000 to $250,000. The applicable SIC and size standard is 1711 plumbing heating except electric and air conditioning.
