consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1. Manufacture of
Skidbase enclosure with integral double-wall base 500 gallon diesel
fuel tank. 2. Install and connect GOVERNMENT FURNISHED Kohler Model
#150 ROJZ Engine Generator (E/G) and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)
prior to the shelter shipment to site. 3. Furnish and install necessary
piping and equipment to connect to GOVERNMENT FURNISHED Remote Radiator
and Load Bank. 4. Install accessories and distribution equipment for
the E/G and shelter. 5. Furnish and install fuel tank monitor and
heater. 6. Quality check and test all equipment and provide a Quality
Check-List Document. 7. Deliver completed shelter to St. Louis,
Missouri. Contractors will be evaluated on several technical issues,
including but not limited to the following qualifications: 1.
Manufacturer of Skidbase type E/G shelters with integral double-wall
base minimum 500 gallon diesel fuel tank. 2. Provide and install fuel
sensors and non-emersion heaters in the fuel tank. 3. Provide a fuel
tank of an all-steel construction and wire feed welded with a wire that
meets or exceeds the N115 composition. The double-wall construction
shall be supplied on all sides and in any area having stub ups built
into the tank. The estimated cost is under $100,000. This procurement
is open to both large and small businesses. All responsible sources may
