This is a notice of intent to negotiate with HDL Research Lab, 406 W. Horton Street, Brenham, TX 77934-2108 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 6 each p/n SR-46 power supply. These power supplies are spare and repair parts for the ASQ-208 MAD system. These power supply units will assure commonality and to maintain physical and electrical parameters of the MAD systems power/amplifier assembly. The Government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with HDL Research to ensure the capability to manage other imminent and futre systems installation, testing and evaluation and still support all present requirements and functions of shipboard systems. Delivery is required to be FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland within 30 days after contract award.
