Davidson, Contracting Officer (760)939-7408 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure as a competative, 100% small business set-aside, clinical counseling services using FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The service will be performed at the Family Service Center (FSC), NAWS China Lake, CA. Counselors will be responsible for providing direct clinical and support services for an estimated caseload of approximately 30 clients each. It is anticipated that the ongoing caseload will remain at approximately 60 total. All work will be done in accordance with the statement of work, which will be released with the solicitation. The service will be for one base year and four, one year options. Base period will be for one year from date of award or start on 01 Oct 1997, which ever is later. Option year(s) would be the following years as applicable. The solicitation will be released on or about 07 Jul 1997 and close 30 days thereafter.
