requires the services of a full-time contractor with nationwide offices
to provide a comprehensive, creative, recruitment advertising campaign
that will cover at a minimum: (a) newspapers, magazines, trade or
professional journals and other printed media (including college
newsletters, posters, etc.); (b) audiovisual and broadcast media, and,
(c) artwork and design for recruitment display units and other
promotional materials. Extensive national recruitment advertising
experience in high-technology and nuclear- related field is essential.
SIC Code 7311 applies and the size standard is average annual receipts
for preceding three fiscal years not to exceed $5.06 million. The
period of performance is one year with two one-year options. Proposals
for this requirement may be submitted by all concerns, i.e., large
businesses, small businesses, and small businesses owned and controlled
by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. Interested
