COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF JUNE 18,1997 PSA#1869D-PUBLIC NOTICE -- COMMUNICATION SITE This serves as public notice that
the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has determined that a 170
foot tower will be constructed for the purpose of siting mobile
communications service antennas at the Turner Fairbank Highway Research
Center in McLean, Virginia. This is in support of the President's
Memorandum of August 10, 1995, and the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
Through an established agreement, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and
its contractor, Unisite, Inc., will manage this project. It is the
intention of FHWA, USPS and Unisite to site as many interested parties
on the tower as possible. In the event that the expressions of
interest exceed the capacity of the tower, competitive means may be
used to determine placement on the tower. Written expressions of
interest for siting on the tower should be directed to Mr. William E.
Ruvo, Unisite, Incorporated, 12 Gerard Court, Rockville, Maryland
20850. Telephone expressions or inquiries should be directed to Mr.
William E. Ruvo at (301) 251-6630. Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0542 19970618\SP-0008.MSC)
