The contract involves the construction of two welded wire soil walls, fill repair, road realignment, paving, guardrail placement, and the construction of related drainage structures. Proposals will be evaluated using Past Performance with the following criteria: (I) Quality of products and services; (II) Customer satisfaction; (III) Cost control; (IV) Business relations; (V) Timeliness of performance. Project location is on Forest Service Roads 1300, 1311, and 1320 located on the Hood River Ranger District, Oregon. Work must be completed within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The anticipated start work date will be mid-August.
