The USDA Forest Service, Region 3, Lincoln National Forest, plans to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Phase II reconstruction of the Sitting Bull Falls Day Use Picnic Area. Included in this contract is the demolition, removal and disposal of existing features such as ramadas, flush toilet items. Also included is the construction of building facilities and associated utilities which include ramadas, flush toilet facilities, and information kiosks. Construction of sidewalks, trails, steps, viewing decks, a retaining wall structure and other incidental items are also included in this contract. Price range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the Forest Service. (0167)
