Work shall include but not be limited to excavation, foundation, wood framing, roofing, siding, electric, plumbing, all rough and finish work, loam, seed, landscaping etc. for a complete and useable facility. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance will be 120 days. The government reserves the right to cancel this soliciation.
