Provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials to repair deteriorated structural concrete elements. Building 920 requires the removal and replacement of wood blocking and metal fascia. In addition, the contractor will provide new waterproofing exterior coatings (Cement-based polymer modified coating system and acrylic paint finish) on all three buildings, and other related incidental work at Cudjoe Key, Florida, Project No. EYDZ 97-7011. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. The magnitude of this work is between $250,000 and $500,000. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of the project. This acquisition is unrestricted.
