Mann, Contracting Officer, (701) 747-5266 Contractor to provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies and supervision to remove fuel, environmental safe guarding, reconfiguring of various fuel storage and piping systems, and the installation of new fuel systems located at 4 Missile Alert Facilities and 12 Launch Facilities in the Grand Forks AFB Missile Field. General work consist of removing fuel from underground storage tanks (deep and shallow buried), associated piping through existing piping systems or through tank fuel extraction points. Heating and diesel fuel shall be pumped into tanker trucks and transported from the missile field to Grand Forks AFB heat plant. The contract shall install new fuel systems that includes piping modification, new piping, tank with accessories. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the specification and drawings for project JFSP 970144. The magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance is 365 calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Drawings and specifications will be issued in hard copy. This action is being issued unrestricted.
