The work covered under this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment and material, necessary to replace acoustical and gypsum board ceilings, install floor and ceiling mounted fan coil units, chilled and condensate water piping, controls, chilled water system testing and balancing, exhaust fans, ductwork, electrical and demolition as specified herein and/or shown the drawings. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Bid guarantee, payment bond and insurance is required. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation.
