Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide for removal of an existing roof mounted concrete screen wall, including above roof portion of supporting concrete columns, built-up roofing systems with granular surfaced cap sheets, flashing systems, several roof mounted exhaust fans, insulation board, and corrugated metal roof decking; providing supplemental steel roof framing members, metal roof decking, insulation board, flashing systems, and EPDM roofing systems. Also to be included are new steel roof framing systems, metal roof decking, insulation board and EPDM roofing systems to cover 2 existing open "court yard" type areas that presently exist on the interior of this building, and providing concrete floor slabs for these areas. It is pointed out that the existing built-up roofing systems contain asbestos. This contract is a firm fixed price construction project. Cost estimated is between $500,000.00-$1,000,000.00.
