The contractor shall remove vinyl and liquid applied flooring, replace ceramic wall tiles with new, erect walls, fabricate and install new reception counter. The SIC Code for this procurement is 1542 and the Small Business Size standard is $17.0 million. The estimated cost range is $25,000 -- $50,000. Contractors interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this project must submit their request with a Company Check, Certified Cashier's Check, or Money Order in the amount of $9.00 to Defense Automated printing Service (DAPS), Box 40, Building 83, Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, CT 06340-5040. Each check must be made payable to the U.S. Treasury and annotated with the applicable solicitation number.
