Dollar magnitude for Repair Piping System Base Wide is $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000 for the base year and $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000 for each of four option years. The work to be performed on this requirements contract consists in furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials for cleaning and regrading open ditches; removing and replacing, storm drain pipes, catch basins and manholes; installing new storm drain structures, removing and repairing and/or replacing water distribution pipes, valves, and fittings and sanitary sewer pipes and manholes, steam and condensate piping and appurtenances, aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF) system piping and appurtenances, pre-approved underground heat distribution system conduit, low pressure compressed air piping (non-breathing) and appurtenances, chilled, condenser, or dual service water piping and appurtenances, and gas distribution system piping and appurtenances. The solicitation will be evaluated using the Performance Price Trade Off Procedures. An intergrated assessment of the offeror's price and past performance will be performed. Evaluation factors will be set forth in Sections L & M of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest price.
