The General Services Administration (GSA), Upstate Property Management Center, Syracuse, New York, is soliciting bids for Security Barriers for three (3) Federal Buildings: one (1) each in Syracuse, Albany and Buffalo, New York. Provide and install pre-cast concrete security bollards and planters, deliver to the site with exact placement according to plans (no physical attachment required), and install landscape materials in planters. Specifications define size, weight, color and some available production sources. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 to $250,000. This procurement will be issued using the sealed bidding process in accordance with FAR Part 14. However, the government reserves the right to two-step sealed bidding. GSA will issue a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation package will be available July 9, 1997 and bids will be due August 15, 1997.
