61 -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION MAINTENANCE, VARIOUS LOCATIONS, PUBLIC WORKS CENTER SOL N68925-97-R-A790 DUE 081497 POC Ms. Dorothea Holley, (202) 685-8283 Work under this contract shall consist of Secure electrical inspection, maintenance, testing, repair, evaluation and documentation of electrical power system components in use at various Departments of the Navy locations, with a radius of 100 miles of the Washington Metropolitian Area by means of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Components to be serviced are those equipment used in generation, transmission, distribution, control, and conditioning of electric power in operating ranges of 24 VAC to 69000 VAC and 12VDC, including diesel and gasoline-fueled prime movers that are part of emergency generation systems. Services to be provided include cleaning, inspection, testing diagnosis, underground electrical utility component location, exterior and interior distribution system circuit tracing, fault finding, circuit and preparation of equipment inventories, system as-built drawings and proper written documentation for all work performed. This solicitation is offered as a Source Selection Procurement. Proposal will be accepted from 14 July 1997 until 14 August 1997 close of business. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concern (SB). The Size Standard is 750 million in average annual receipts for three preceding fiscal years. The contract terms shall be for 1 year 2 options comensing on the date of award or as determined by the Contracting Officer.
