Smith, 706-731-7174 Provide artifical limbs and repair services for eligible beneficiaries of Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers located in Augusta, Decatur and Dublin, Georgia; Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina; and Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama, in accordance with the solicitation specifications and provisions. Contract period will be October 1, 1997, through September 30, 1998, with four (4) one (1) year options to extend. The Government anticipates making multiple awards from this solicitation. Anticipated issue date is on or about June 23, 1997. Requests for solicitation must be in writing. Requests will be accepted by FAX at 706-731-7172.
