The oscilloscopes' specifications are as follows: 500 MHZ Bandwidth, Sample Rate of 1 GS/s, 2 and 4 Input Channels, Pulse Width, 2 ns Glitch, Runt, Pattern and State Triggering, HDTV Video Triggering, 1mV to 10 V/div Sensitivity, Infinite and Variable Persistence Displays, Record Lengths to 50,000 Points, 8-Bit Vertical Resolution and up to 12-Bit Resolution With Hi-Res Acquisition Mode, 1% Vertical Accuracy, FFT Integration and Differentiation, 25 Automatic Measurements, 500 MHZ Standard Probes (P6139A), Color Monitor, 3.5 in. DOS Format Floppy Drive, VGA-Output to External Monitor, Waveform Pass/Fail Testing, and a three (3) year warranty. Delivery shall be within eight (8) weeks of contract award. It is the intent of the government to award a contract to Tektronix on a sole source basis pursant to FAR 6.302.1. These Oscilloscopes are manufactured and distributed solely by Tektronix. Extensive market research has revealed that there is only one responsible source. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the contracting officer, and provide supporting evidence within fifteen (15) calendar days, after date of publication of this synopsis. The final determination by the government not to open this requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the government.
