The Navy requires three each Stinger Missile Troop Proficiency Trainers consisting of a Stinger Interface Unit and Common Instructor Station, Kollsman Part Numbers 87465600010 and 88466400010. Three each Operations and Maintenance Manuals are also required. Delivery is required F.O.B. NSWC Crane within 60 days after contract award. This requirement is being solicited on a sole-source basis from Kollsman, Inc., Merrimac, NH 03054 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, due to the need for uniformity with the identical training equipment previously bought by the Government. Award of a firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply. Solicitation requests may be made to the above contact point; e-mail is preferred.
