This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (ITC-RQ-97-0010) is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. The United States International Trade Commission is seeking potential offerors who have the capability to provide ITC with a disk subsystem for use with HP Oracle Server to include the following items:(1) Falcon Raid Model 5020 with Rackmount, (2)Ultra Wide differential SCSI Controller,(3)Rackmount Rails, (4) 64 MB, CACHE, (5) Disk Drive, 9GB and(6)RAID Manager Software For HP-UX10.2. The required delivery date shall be the week ending July 5, 1997 to 500 E Street SW., Washington, DC 20436, Attn: Myra Lay. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerers-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The Government will award an order based on lowest price for items that meet the above specifications. Offers shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, unit and extended price for all requested items, and prompt payment terms with their quotations. The clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition with no addenda. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation.
