The item contained in this procurement will be kitchen type rolled paper towels and shall be perforated for easy tearing off of each sheet, 11 inches wide +/-1 inch, wound around a paperboard core running the full width of the towel and 1 inches (+/- inch) in inside diameter. The towels shall be composed of a minimum of 2 piles. The towels shall be composed of 100% paper having a minimum of 40% by weight post-consumer recovered materials and as otherwise specified by the EPA Guidelines for Federal Procurement of Paper and Paper Products Containing Recovered Materials as found in 40 CFR Chapter 1, Part 250. 7.
