C -- SUSTAINING ENGINEERING SERVICES POC Contact, Jeffrey C Brown, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air System Command intends to issue an indefinite quantity time and material contract and subsequent orders to Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) for F-14, E-2, C-2 and EA-6 aircraft programs. The Navy will procure sustaining engineering, logistics, training, production/post production support, support equipment services and associated technical data for the above mentioned aircraft programs. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of each of these aircraft, NGC is the only known source who possesses the required expertise, technical data, and knowledge of each aircraft's configuration to provide the required efforts. Additionally, historically NGC is the only contractor who has performed the sustaining engineering and other support functions for these aircraft programs.
