Work to be performed at Contractor's Facility, San Diego. Contract dates 15 Oct through 17 Dec 1997. All San Diego sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Ship Repair (DFAR 217.17) prior to award, may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess a Master Ship Repair Agreement are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an an assessment of their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessel's availability dates. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable NAVSEA Standard Items.
