PREQUALIFICATION OF DESIGN/BUILD ENTITIES, STATE OF FLORIDA The Major Facilities Office, United States Postal Service, announces the following contractors have successfully qualified to be placed on the Prequalified Contractor List in response to Solicitation No. 475450-97-A-0037, for design/build projects in the State of Florida, namely: (1) Korte Construction Co., P.O. Box 146, Highland, IL 62249-0146; (2) The Haskell Company, 111 Riverside Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32202-4950; (3) Morganti Florida, Inc., 1800 S. Australian Ave., Ste. 302, West Palm Beach, FL 33409-6450; (4) The Austin Company, 48 Perimeter Center East, Atlanta, GA 30346-1998; and (5) Sverdrup Facilities, Inc., 1900 Summit Tower Blvd., Ste. 300, Orlando, FL 32810-5917 (with the exception of Fort Myers). It is anticipated the design/build expansion projects will be issued this year. The solicitation packages will contain general characteristics and cost range for the project.
