Each building shall be climate controlled using a properly sized built-in heat pump and shall include a station switchboard, battering charging equipment, AC and DC panels, cabinets, shelves, tables, vent fans, windows and doors. The switchboard shall house equipment for monitoring, controlling, and protecting high voltage transformers and SF/6 switchyard breakers.
