Army Space and Strategic Defense Command (USASSDC) Advanced Systems Concept Office (ASCO) announces interest in receiving proposals from small businesses for a requirement entitled "Defense System Mission Analysis" to perform independent studies and analysis to enable ASCO tosynthesize the incomparable analysis conducted by a varied number of diverse agencies and government contractors conducting a wide divergence of independent studies through the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO), the Program Element Offices (PEOs), and the U.S. Army. The purpose of this effort is to conduct independent engineering studies and technology assessments Missile Defense (MD) related to mission performance for USASSDC's projects and programs consistent with the Department of Defense (DoD) objectives for various levels of defense capability, timeframes, and alternative futures.
