Submarine Regional Warfare Systems Program Office of the Program
Executive Office for Undersea Warfare is seeking sources and/or
information regarding missiles for use primarily against helicopters
and also potentially against small aircraft and surface vessel targets.
Such missiles are required to be readily adaptable for launch from the
submarine's 6" diameter launchers, the Countermeasure Set Acoustic
(CSA) MK2, torpedo tubes, Vertical Launch System (VLS) or the 3"
diameter signal ejector. Information sought includes dimensions, speed,
warhead size, guidance system (if any), range, sensor, seeker and
development or production status. NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS AVAILABLE.
RESPONDENTS TO THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ARE INVITED TO SUBMIT
INFORMATION AND A DESCRIPTION OF ANY CURRENTLY AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT
WHICH MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY
INFORMATION RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE, NOR WILL THE
GOVERNMENT COMPENSATE ANY RESPONDENT FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IN
