Titus (618) 256-9539 The Defense Information Systems Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) proposes to enter into a sole source contract with Lockheed Martin C2 International Systems to provide maintenance and hardware and software engineering support for the Improved Emergency Message Automatic Transmission System (IEMATS) Equipment at eight locations, both CONUS and OCONUS. There is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. RFP DCA200-97-R-0090 will be released on or about 15 Jul 1997.
