(MSDS services by compact DISC, on-line via internet, mail, or FAX; telephone hot-line services for hazardous material spills, poison, and other related services). Contracts will be negotiated for standard commercial services under the multiple award schedule (Mas) program and will be entered into with more than one firm offering similar type items. The contracts awardedwill be indefinit-delivery indefinite-quantity, fixed price with economic price adjustment, with $100 guaranteed minimum. Contract period is for 5 years, 11/1/97 through 10/31/2002, with an option to extend the term of the contract for an additional 5 years. The option will be evaluated at time of award and made part of all basic contracts awarded pursuant to the solicitation. There will also be annual open seasons for consideration of additional offers. Delivery is FOB destination 48 contiguous states and the district of Columbia and this procurement will be industrial funded.
