The Coast Guard is inviting proposals to license, on a short term basis, Frying Pan Shoal Light. The license shall be for 24 months and shall be renewed there after annually until the Coast Guard can excess the structure. The Grantee shall be responsible for all maintenance, repair, and utilities. The Coast Guard shall maintain unrestricted access to the structure for the repair, replacement, and maintenance of the aid to navigation.
