Correction: This action originally publicized in the CBD dated 6/9/97
is not performance-based contracting covering a period of 4 years. It
is for time and materials/(labor-hour) contract for 675 person days for
U.S. experts, and 925 person days for local labor covering 3.5 Years.

requests will be accepted. These request should be accompanied by four
