Services consist of (a) receiving and storing food, supplies and equipment; dining facility set-up on the Friday preceding the UTA; (b) serving and replenishing food; cleaning facility, equipment and utensils; preparing vegetables (prior to cooking), fruits, and salads; bussing tables; quality control; and keeping the area around the facility litter free both Saturday and Sunday of the UTA weekend. Attendant services are required for the breakfast, lunch and dinner meals on Saturday and the breakfast and lunch meals only on Sunday. Normal on-site work hours are 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Friday and in time to support dining hours 6:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Saturday and 5:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Sunday. Contractor shall ensure that all working personnel are trained and possess a current medical certificate and that a non-working supervisor is on site and has the authority to act for the contractor on all matters. A fixed-price contract for a basic year plus four (4) twelve (12) month option periods is anticipated for this procurement.
