The contractor shall perform all of the services required to remove office furniture, equipment, and related supplies from it's present location, transport the property to the designated areas within the new location and place them at the new location. The contractor shall furnish laborers, trucks, furniture moving equipment (i.e., four wheelers, carts). The resultant contract will be a labor hour/indefinite delivery (requirements) type contract, and includes the following skill categories: (a) Material Handling Laborer, (b) Truckdriver, Tractor-Trailer, (c) Truckdriver, Light Truck, (d) Truckdriver, Medium Truck, (e) Truckdriver, Heavy Truck, and (f) Forklift Operator. Requirement is for a base year and includes option provisions to renew for four additional 1-year periods, to be exercised at the sole discretion of the FAA. The proposed contract will incorporate AMS Clause 3.2.4-35, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, and 3.2.4-34, Option To Extend Services.
