The work includes but is not limited to the following: a). Provide and install ten (10) 80 foot lightning masts complete with foundations as shown. b). Provide and install an overhead catenary system complete with all hardware and guying for all masts as required. c). Provide and install an underround copper grounding girdle system including all ground rods and rail/mast connections. d). Provide and install all new railhead bonding jumpers as shown. e). Provide all excavation, compaction and backfilling as required for a complete installation. f). All incidental and related work. The proposed contract is being issued as unrestricted, but, subject to Small Disadvantaged Business evaluation preference. The Standard Industrial Code is 1731/Electrical Work. The size standard is $7.0 million. The estimated cost range is between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed 180 calendar days after notice of award.
