The new chiller shall use R-123 or R-134a as refrigerant and in compliance with EPA codes and requirements as per monteral protocol, and incidental related work. This procurement is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1711 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million. Contract duration period is 180 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
