This is a firm fixed priced requirements type contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for a performance period to include a basic year and two one year options. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis with small disadvantaged business evaluation preference. This office proposes to issue IFB F03602-97-B0011 on or about 18 Jul 97.
